With a 125-year legacy of its own, NLCS provides seniors with a variety of lifestyle, residential and health care options through retirement communities and services in Maryland and Virginia.
No, there are no buy-in fees or long-term commitments. The Legacy is a monthly, not-for-profit rental community with nothing to buy. Residents pay only a one-time Community Fee of $1,000, which helps subsidize all the wonderful services and amenities of The Legacy—from our nutritious dining to our fitness and innovative Life Enrichment health and wellness programs.
No, as a monthly rental community, The Legacy gives you the freedom to move without penalty, any time you wish.
